Next Round : Giving a Technical Problem Set to work on. Testing on technical skills, creativity, originality, persuasiveness, ability to interpret vague instructions, writing, programming, and presentation skills.
Problems are fun and challenging. This is somewhat rigorous and demanding.
This round is THE round. Use all of your intellectual resources. There is no strict deadline, however, the evaluation begins as soon as we submit. No clarification is there from their side.
Initial Impressions - They seems to be very understanding of the situation. We'll try our best to be professional in our approach.
How to Submit ? - Upon completion of the problem set, we have to submit a Google Doc with our solution.
After that ? - Our submissions will be evaluated, and then their will be a round of interviews, after that offer will be given.
