• Mark sensitive notes private by default.

Keep

• Notes that changed behavior or decisions.
• Project context that is hard to reconstruct.
• Book or article notes with reusable ideas.
• Self-reflections that reveal recurring patterns.

Skip Or Archive

• Empty daily notes.
• Random clipped quotes without context.
• Old task lists with no durable value.
• Duplicates and vague placeholders.

• Where is the vault located locally?
• Should imported notes remain private-only?
• Which folders should be processed first?
